Step aboard the Passaat and take a special ramble across the Wadden Sea.
Under the guidance of the permanent crew you will sail to the beautiful islands of Texel or Ameland, Terschelling or Vlieland. Explore the islands and experience what it's like to fall dry on the Wad. Book a cabin and experience it!
On Sunday evening you are welcome on board and you can meet the crew and fellow passengers. The next morning an explanation is given about sailing and people throw themselves loose for a varied sailing holiday on the Wad.
During this trip you will sail to several islands, with favorable tide and calm weather there will be an overnight stay on the Wadden Sea, there will be a dry period once so that you can see what lives at the bottom of the sea. On the last day the ship sails back to Harlingen where it will moor in the Willemshaven during the afternoon.
This wandering tour includes food & drinks. You do not have to provide meals yourself. Every day there is breakfast and lunch and dinner, the last day only breakfast and lunch. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine are included for the entire trip. A helping hand from the passengers on deck and in the galley is much appreciated.
Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
