During this sailing trip you will get to know the many different islands of Scandinavia, it promises to be a varied trip aboard a great traditional sailing ship. Around Stockholm lies the breathtaking “Stockholm Archipelago” with its more than 30.000 islands, skerries and rocks. Many are uninhabited, others are known for lively summer parties. What all islands have in common: they are the most impressive to discover from the water's edge!
Come aboard the Iris for this amazing sailing trip from Copenhagen to Stockholm, which has much more to offer. Because before the ship goes to the Stockholm archipelago, it makes a stopover on Bornholm and Gotland.
The Danish island of Bornholm in the Baltic Sea is known and loved by many for its unique nature and fine sandy beaches. Attractions include the castle ruin “Hammerhus”, which is one of the largest contiguous castle ruin complexes in Northern Europe.
Another stop on this sailing trip is Sweden's largest island, Gotland. The island is a dream destination in the Baltic Sea thanks to its sandy beaches, limestone cliffs, mysterious rock formations and culinary specialties. The capital Visby experienced its heyday in the Middle Ages and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List because of the historic city center. The journey ends in Stokholm, a city where you can certainly stay for a few more days because of the many sights.
During the sailing trip you will spend the night in one of the comfortable double cabins on board the Iris. During the trip, delicious meals are cooked together with the fellow sailors, creating a pleasant group dynamic from the start.

If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
