A midweek sailing on a traditional sailing ship, enjoy sailing, the nice harbors, nature and well-cared for catering.
Monday morning you are welcome on board at 10.00 a.m. You will meet the crew and the other sailors and after a short sailing instruction you will sail out of the harbor. When the sails are set, you have plenty of time to enjoy the view, play games or, for example, steer. Lunch is served en route and usually moored in a harbor at the end of the afternoon. In the evening the hot meal is ready. Every day the skipper sails to a different port and there is the opportunity to visit attractive towns, grab a terrace or take a walk.
How many hours a day is sailed depends on the wishes of the group. For example, a sailing trip with the setting sun on a beautiful summer evening can create the ultimate holiday feeling, a day cruising and therefore a lot of work on board provides the real sailor feeling, but an afternoon shopping in one of the cozy harbor towns can also provide a lot of satisfaction. No two days are the same. The skipper does his utmost to put together a nicely varied program. The final route depends on wind and weather conditions.
You can cancel your trip free of charge up to the day of departure if you cannot participate in the trip due to corona due to travel restrictions imposed by the government. You will then immediately receive your payment back.
Breakfast consists of different types of bread with cold cuts, cheese and sweet spreads, coffee, tea and milk.
Lunch is the same as breakfast supplemented with something extra such as soup or salad. Fruit is available on board. In between, something tasty is regularly provided, such as cookies or snacks.
In the evening, a nice hot meal (2 courses) is served.
Coffee, tea and water are available for free during the sailing trip. Other drinks can be purchased on board, it is not allowed to bring these yourself. Wine, beer and various soft drinks are always on board.
Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
