During the Here Comes The Summer festival, the Wadden Island of Vlieland serves as a platform for musicians. Where Into The Great Wide Open covers almost the entire island, Here Comes The Summer shows with just two stages what Vlieland has brought home. Enjoy music, art and culture in the middle of nature together in a relaxed environment and a good place to spend the night at the end of the day.
Friday, May 3
At 16: 00 hour, skipper Jouke welcomes you and when the passengers are on board, the ship sets sail for Vlieland. Upon arrival you disembark and you can immediately dive into the festival if you wish. While the sun slowly sinks into the sea, you can enjoy great performances by both well-known artists and upcoming talent.
Saturday 4 in May
After a delicious breakfast, another fantastic festival day awaits! Today Here Comes The Summer has a special program to offer and you can be carried away by the unique atmosphere of the event.
Sunday 5 May
With breakfast behind the wheel, the passengers hoist the sails and sail the ship back to Harlingen. Around 16: 00 hour the ship sails into the harbor and everyone looks back on a weekend to remember.
