With the wind in your sails you really discover the Baltic Sea! The route of this popular sailing trip is therefore not fixed. That is not necessary, because the western part of the Baltic Sea has so much to offer. Wherever the wind brings the ship, beautiful places and beautiful and special moments await everywhere. From sandy beaches and cliffs, islands and bays to picturesque villages and lively ports: the Baltic Sea offers it all.
Every day brings its own adventure. In the morning the captain checks the latest weather reports and then plans the route for a great sailing day and a final destination. After a delicious breakfast, the sails are hoisted and a course is set for one of the beautiful Baltic Sea ports.
Should the ship visit Sønderborg harbor you would have the chance to wave after Denmark's royal family. They often make a stopover with their royal yacht Danneborg in Sønderborg. What is special about this city is that part is located on the mainland and the old part on the island of Als. A bridge connects both parts. A highlight is the Sønderborg Castle, which now houses a historical museum. A visit to the atmospheric city with many shops, cafes and restaurants is definitely worth it.
Possible ports are: Sønderborg, Svendborg, Marstal (Ærø) Lyø and Faaborg. After arriving at the harbor you can explore the city or village. In the evening you can enjoy dinner on board. Afterwards you can have a drink with fellow travelers in our cozy maritime lounge or go ashore in search of beautiful places.
On the last sailing day, the ship will take you back to Kiel-Holtenau. There you can enjoy a delicious dinner and a drink with your fellow passengers one last time. The next morning everyone disembarks with a special experience richer.
Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
