The Hollandia is a tough tjalk that, due to its layout, its relatively low draft and its sailing properties, is very suitable for a beautiful sailing adventure. The atmospheric interior on board invites to a cozy get-together. There is enough space to stay here with 16 people. The kitchen offers everything one needs and enough space to work with several people at the same time. There is an 6-burner catering stove, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment and under the benches there is more than enough storage space for groceries.

The skipper regularly sails with the Hollandia competitions on the IJsselmeer and also on the Wadden Sea, which means that her knowledge about sailing and the sailing area is very large. The sailing ship has also won a few prizes. This is reflected in the sailing journeys that the Hollandia makes with its guests: night sailing on the IJsselmeer or Wadden Sea, just trying that one little bit off or mooring on and off, all this if the circumstances allow it. Knowledge of sailing is of course not necessary for the guests. They will automatically receive this when actively sailing on board.

Skipper Evelien Prins puts a lot of energy into explaining the various actions that are available because it is only really fun if you also know what you are doing. It is fun, challenging and exciting to sail on the sportive tjalk Hollandia.
