The ship

The Flying Dutchman is ideal for multi-day sailing trips. This luxury ship has 12 comfortable cabins, a cozy day room with a spacious bar and countless seats on deck. A cruise aboard the Flying Dutchman is a real adventure! The ship makes beautiful sailing trips in Scotland throughout the year. In addition, the Flying Dutchman sails past beautiful nature reserves, you can visit historic whisty distilleries, go on bike rides or land ashore in the most pristine coastal areas, to name just a few highlights.

The mahogany paneling evokes the atmosphere of distant lands and times gone by. Outside there is a large deck with enough benches and tables to enjoy nature and the great outdoors from different places and there is plenty of room to eat together both indoors and outdoors.

The deck

The aft deck is raised and covered with wood. The rest of the deck is just like the ship made of steel. On deck, in the open air there are between the two deckhouses 3 spacious tables with fixed (upholstered) benches. There is room enough here to eat and relax together. A fixed roof ensures that you can sit outside in the rain even in the rain. There are seats on the aft deck around the steering wheel. There are still 2 benches on the front deck.

The lounge

The front deck house is designed as a day room for guests. The sofas with cozy tables offer enough space for all guests. Here is also the hi-fi, CD player. And of course a small but cozy bar.

cabins

The Flying Dutchman has 11 double cabins and one quadruple cabin.

26 guests can sleep in total. All cabins have bunk beds. Each cabin has its own shower and toilet, central heating and centrally controlled air conditioning.
