The Boreas was built in 1897 on a yard in Groningen and mainly sailed between Denmark and Sweden. In 1985 the cargo ship was renovated and in the hold, where wood and grain were first transported, comfortable cabins and a beautiful spacious salon were created. During the last renovation, in 2012, the interior of the ship was fully adapted to the requirements and wishes of the time, and therefore has two showers and spacious cabins. The Boreas is suitable for a stay of 16 people.
 

Below deck is a nice place for sixteen people. There are two large tables with benches in the well-appointed and cozy day room. The open kitchen has a spacious countertop, a large four-burner gas stove with oven and two fridges. And there is also a stereo system where you can connect your Iphone or other smartphone via Bluetooth. There are two 4 person cabins and four 2 person cabins with their own washbasins. There are two showers on the Boreas, a toilet and another urinal. The entire ship has central heating
