Welcome to the Pelican
This special pavilion was built in 1904 in Lemmer. In the winter of 1996 / 1997 the ship was completely rebuilt into one of the most luxurious and comfortable sailing ships of its kind. The original wooden deck has been preserved during this renovation.
Interior
The 'Pelikaan' is an attractive, comfortable and fast sailing ship with a cozy cockpit and plenty of deck space. Below deck, directly adjacent to the cockpit, is the very spacious galley and the beautiful saloon, with two cozy seats and attractive pine carpentry. This beautiful tjalk is equipped with six 2-person cabins.
On board this handy ship, the experienced crew, led by the skipper, quickly teaches you the basics of sailing. A sailing trip for young and old, with family, friends or colleagues: on this ship you will experience an unforgettable sailing experience.
