Oost-Vlieland
Welcome to the Oost-Vlieland
The Oost-Vlieland in Makkum was built as a fishing vessel in 1926. In the meantime, the ship has been rebuilt and offers space for 10 people. From Harlingen you can take wonderful sailing trips on the Wadden Sea and the IJsselmeer with the Oost-Vlieland.
Interior
As soon as you enter through the cozy cockpit, you enter a light and attractive day room with a well-equipped kitchen. The layout of 5 cabins for 2 persons, the spacious saloon and the large deck, provide guests with plenty of space and comfort. Especially the cockpit with the direct connection to the saloon makes it a very suitable ship for families with children.
To sail
The “Oost-Vlieland” is very suitable for families with children and small groups who want to experience a special sailing experience. The enthusiastic and experienced skipper Erik will certainly do his utmost to provide you with an unforgettable sailing holiday. And helping with hoisting the sails and steering the ship is always appreciated.
For midweeks and week trips it is possible to book an extra night.
