Welcome to the Noorderlicht

The luxurious three-mast schooner Noorderlicht has been converted into a modern and spacious sailing charter ship in 2003. The ship has a campaign deck on the back of the ship. In the campaign you will find a nice spacious salon with bar and a fully equipped galley. In the deck house is a lounge area where you can sit.

The ship is suitable for various target groups. There is a sophisticated cabin layout, because there are 20x 2 person cabins. With the spacious middle deck, the spacious saloon and the cozy deck house, this ship is also ideal for parties, company outings but also for school groups.

The ship sails for one-day and multi-day sailing trips from Harlingen across the Wadden Sea and the IJsselmeer with owner and skipper Johan Moen. Johan has already built several ships and is a very experienced skipper. He likes to sail to the Wadden Islands or a nice town on the IJsselmeer. His mate helps with sailing and explains what needs to be done on deck.
