Boudragon

Sailing trips on VOR Boudragon

A class of its own

Sail along on a real ocean racer. Experience ocean sailing and be part of the crew. Sailing on a ship where speed and racing technology is paramount is an experience. Not only for the fanatic sailors, but also for people who are curious and have no sailing experience.

Teambuilding

You can join as a starter, but it is also possible for a company to organize a team building day at the Boudragon. If you are interested in sailing with a group, you can contact us for a tailor-made offer. It is a sensational experience to be actively or passively taken along by the crew in this adventure. Under the prices tab you will find the current prices for half and full day sailing. As an extra you can book a photographer, Tender Rib and/or catering.

On-board

It is a boat that is actively used for sailing. The guests can cooperate in various positions in consultation with the skipper. This could be, for example: sailing trim with the grinders, hiking on the railing or steering under the guidance of the skipper.
Below deck it is still as it should be on a racer: no superfluous luxury, so just 12 cages with mats. These cages are all in the same room. You must bring a pillow and sleeping bag yourself.

Sailing along for boarders and companies

Business events and training experiences are organized on the Boudragon, home to Scheveningen. With these proceeds they can keep the ship in good condition and keep the Oceanraces Academy running. One of the core activities is training young sailing talents to sail 'big boats'. These talents form the permanent crew on board the ship.
