Wonderful whiskey sailing trip

Sail along with this individual sailing trip on the beautiful Tall Ship Thalassa across the beautiful Scottish waters to the most famous Single Malt distilleries.
Discover Scotland and its beautiful islands from the water and take the whiskey trip of a lifetime. This trip is not only for whiskey lovers, it is also very worthwhile for others. At the times when the distilleries are delivered, you can also choose to explore the area.

Travel schedule

Saturday at 14.00 p.m. everyone reports in Oban on board Tallship Thalassa where all travelers are welcomed by the captain and his crew. At approximately 16.00:XNUMX PM the ship sets course for Tobermory arriving mid-evening. The ship spends the night in Tobermory.
Sunday morning the Tobermory distillery is visited. Afterwards, you can also visit the Ardnamurchan distillery. At the end of the afternoon the ropes are released again for the trip to Jura where the night is spent.

Monday morning there is a visit to the Jura distillery. The sails are hoisted around 12 noon and the ship sails towards Islay, after which it will arrive approximately at Port Ellen. The ship remains in the harbor of Port Ellen for the evening and the night.
On Tuesday at 10.00 am there is a visit to various distilleries (to be determined in mutual consultation): Bowmore, Laga Filling, Ardbeg, Laphroaig, etc. Also this night the ship remains in the harbor of Port Ellen

Wednesday at 09.00:XNUMX the Thalasaa departs for Bally Castle where it will arrive in the early afternoon. Bushmills and/or Giant Causeway visits are possible. This time we will spend the night in Ballycastle.
Thursday the sails will go up again for a nice trip to Campbeltown, arrival here is about 14.00 pm. Once arrived Campbeltown can be visited and possibly also Springbank and Glenscotia Distilleries. You will spend the night in the harbor of Campbeltown.
Friday morning the journey continues towards Arran. At 13.00 pm the famous Arran distillery is visited and at 15.00 pm the ship sails on to Troon. The ship is expected to arrive in Troon in the evening
All travelers disembark on Saturday morning. The crew members say goodbye to the guests. These can look back on a wonderful journey through beautiful Scotland.

Note: The above program depends on wind and weather, the opening hours/days of the various distilleries and places of interest to be visited. It is therefore possible that this program is deviated from.

The sailing trip starts and ends in Scotland. You must arrange your trip to Scotland yourself. This is NOT included in the price.

Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
