This is a great package for fans of running competitions in the beautiful nature of Vlieland. The running race on Sunday afternoon has three distances: 5 km, 10 km and the half marathon 21 km. The route consists of an inspiring, varied but above all challenging course: through forest and village, over dunes and beach. Part is the ascent of the Vuurtorenduin.
Turn the Vuurtorenloop into a weekend away and board the sailing ship Passaat in Harlingen on Friday evening at 21.00 p.m. On Saturday morning the sails are hoisted on the way to Vlieland, on the way lunch is prepared by the cook, where the ship moors in the course of the afternoon. In the evening on board you can enjoy dinner and there is enough time to explore the island. On Sunday, the Vuurtorenloop is from 12.30:14.00 pm and afterwards you can enjoy the afterglow on board the Passaat. On Monday morning after breakfast you will sail back and you will arrive back in the harbor of Harlingen around XNUMX p.m.

The catering is fully provided with the Lighthouse Package. On Saturday during the sailing trip you get lunch and in the evening dinner. On Sunday morning a hearty breakfast is ready for you and there is lunch for the guests who do not participate in the run and in the evening there is another delicious dinner. Monday morning before departure another breakfast and a last lunch during the sailing trip.
If you or your fellow traveler do not want to join the Vuurtorenloop, but would still like to book the sailing trip, that is possible. There are enough beds on board.
