One of the best moments to experience on the water is the rise of the full moon, just after sunset. The 'Egberdina' is going to do a romantic evening trip again this year with a full moon.
When you come on board the 'Egberdina' in the evening, the coffee and West Frisian currants are ready. When everyone is on board, skipper Wouter tells more about the history of the historic sailing ship and about the position of the sun and moon. Then the mooring lines go for a relaxed sailing trip. You sail out of the harbor with light and enjoy the twilight and the sunset on the deserted Markermeer with a snack and a drink. A little later the moon will rise, hopefully without clouds. In the dark, lit only by the moon, the trip slowly returns to the harbor of Hoorn.
Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
