Cross the North Sea from the land of whiskey, bagpipes and kilts: Scotland! And sail via the beautiful Baltic Sea to Kiel. During the sailing voyage you can also participate with the permanent crew
It is quite a journey from Ullapool (Scotland) to Kiel-Holtenau. Hence, this journey is aimed at making nautical miles. The ship has to be in Kiel on time and that is why sailing continues, even at night. Preferably under sail, of course: this is not only more sustainable, but also the ultimate way to experience the adventure on a sea sailing ship! If the weather permits and there is sufficient time, it is possible to call at a port; however, we cannot guarantee a stopover.
During this trip you can sail as actively as you wish and you can also participate in the waiting system. This is certainly a very special experience on a clear night. We cannot control the wind and weather, but our crew will do their utmost to ensure a fantastic crossing with delicious food and friendly service.
Food allergies and dietary requirements
If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
