Travel information

It's a long journey from Hamburg to Ullapool. Hence, this trip focuses on making nautical miles. The ship has to be in Ullapool on time and that is why it continues to sail, even at night. Preferably under sail, of course: in addition to being more sustainable, this is also the ultimate way to experience the adventure on a sea sailing ship! If the weather permits and there is enough time, a port may be called; However, the skipper cannot guarantee a stopover.

As with almost all journeys, you can sail as actively as you wish and you can also participate in the waiting system. This is certainly a very special experience on a clear night. Wind and weather are not under our control, but the crew will do their utmost to provide a fantastic crossing with great food and friendly service.
