The German city of Kiel is an excellent base for an active sailing holiday on the Western Baltic Sea. This area offers a lot of variety with cliffs rising high from the sea, rolling hills, lovely beaches and picturesque harbors. Of course there is also plenty of opportunity to go exploring on land.
The route is not fixed in advance and is chosen on the basis of wind and weather in such a way that the sailing can be optimized. An option could be a visit to the island of Aerø. Marstal offers a nice maritime museum and Aerøskøbing, the most beautiful medieval town in Denmark, should not be missed. The island of Langeland invites for a lovely walk through nature. Svendborg, on the other hand, is a town with many shops and a pleasant nightlife. But the Danish towns of Sønderborg and Faaborg or the German towns of Flensburg and Kappeln could also be part of the program. And what could be better than anchoring somewhere near an island for a nice swim?
In short, there is as much as possible during this sailing trip, sail with us and be surprised! The skipper of the Avatar knows this area like the back of his hand and is happy to show you the most beautiful places.

If you have dietary requirements or allergies, it is best to discuss this before booking. Often it is not a problem, but sometimes some cooperation is expected from the guests if special products have to be purchased, which will then have to be taken by the guests themselves, for example.
