The ship

The tjalk Antonia Maria is a small one-master for a maximum of 12 people. During the sailing season the ship sails trips from Harlingen over the Waddenzee and the IJsselmeer. In the winter period, the ship is available for hotel stays.

The Antonia Maria has been completely overhauled, both outside and inside, with a lot of dedication and care. The original wooden hatch cover remains the ideal relaxing spot on the middle deck. Together with the brown sails, this results in a beautiful, historic appearance. A sheltered seat has been created on the aft deck, from which you have a good overview of the entire ship.

The stay

In the 'belly' of the ship, the cozy salon with many wooden details and plenty of daylight will undoubtedly give you a warm home feeling right away. The new sanitary facilities and the renovated galley, together with the 6x 2-person cabins, guarantee a comfortable stay. There are 5x 2-person rooms with bunk beds and 1x 2-person room with a 2-person bed.
